To report a lost or stolen Debit or Credit Card
Please call Member Services at 713-850-1600 or 800-392-5084 to cancel your card.
How to request a new Card
You can receive a new Debit card immediately by visiting the Smart Financial near to you or request that a new debit card be mailed to you. Mailed cards take 7 - 10 business days to arrive.
